Pay Your Bill

The City of Smyrna, GA is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills online.

Please search your bill by entering your account and customer number.  If no bills show up, that indicates that you have not been issued a new bill.  You will be able to pay online and enroll in autopay and paperless as soon as you receive your next bill. 

If you have been disconnected, your services will not be restored with an e-check.

Payment Fees

Credit Cards: Minimum service fee of $2.50 or 3.5% of total charges, whichever is higher
E-Checks: Flat fee of $1.95

A $25 fee will be assessed for any returned payment.

If your services are disconnected, payment must be made before 4:00 PM and our office must be notified by 4:00 PM to restore service the same day.
